UW Libraries High School Internship
Applications are closed for the 2022 program
About
The UW Libraries High School Internship is a fun, project-based program for students thinking about college.
- When: July 5th - July 14th, 2022
- What: Work on digital storytelling, geographic information systems (GIS), and information science projects
- Where: University of Washington Libraries*
*If possible--and in consultation with current public-health guidance on COVID-19 from Washington State, University of Washington, and University of Washington Libraries--we will hold this internship on the UW Seattle campus. If that's not possible, then this internship will shift to online.*
The internship is particularly well suited for first-in-family college students or people from groups that are underrepresented in higher education. An interest in librarianship is not a requirement, but it's a plus!
Applications are closed for the 2022 program.
