From the Vice Provost and Dean - Autumn 2015

Celebrating 25 years of the Kenneth S. and Faye G. Allen Library Endowment

This year, we celebrate a quarter-century of support from the Kenneth S. and Faye G. Allen Library Endowment, established by Paul G. Allen. In the past 25 years, the Endowment has given the Libraries a margin of excellence in our role as the crossroads of the University.

Since 1990, the Libraries' collections have grown not just in size, but in the breadth and depth of subjects. As the University continues to evolve, we anticipate and respond with new ways of engaging students through interactive classrooms, making digital scholarship and publishing a seamless process to discovery, and continuing to be available 24/7 as an “anytime, anyplace” resource.

We have a wide circle of support to realize our mission of connecting people with knowledge. Together, we will provide students and scholars with knowledge and inspiration to change the world.
