The Collections
The Drama Library collects books, journals, and media in all periods of drama from Greek drama to the present, with an emphasis on modern and contemporary drama. The library concentrates on dramatic literature and theatre history, but also includes materials on:
- Acting
- Clothing and costume design
- Directing
- Dramaturgy
- Lighting and set design
- Movement
- Theaters
- Theory and criticism
Arrangement of Materials
- Books are shelved by call number in the general stacks according to the Library of Congress classification system.
