Odegaard Library is a UW-only building, and a current, valid Husky Card is required to attend an event during all open hours. If your event will have non-UW guests or speakers, please contact us at ougl@uw.edu to discuss possible arrangements.

Rental fees apply.
- University organizations holding an event for only UW faculty, staff and/or students: $50/hour
- University organizations holding an event to which limited non-UW attendees are invited: $60/hour
- Room set up and breakdown/clean-up: $50
Requests to cancel your event must be submitted in writing. Once the reservation is confirmed, cancellation fee is assessed:
- 8 - 30 Days Prior to Event: 50% of Estimated Room Rental
- 0 – 7 Days Prior to Event: 100% of Estimated Room Rental

About the Space |
- The room is suitable for workshops, conferences, meetings, and receptions; tables and chairs can be arranged as per room layouts.
- Not for use as a classroom.
- The default room set-up is lecture style, providing seats and tables for 75, with 25 additional chairs available. There is no additional charge for default set-up.
