Help us capture history as it happens!

Special Collections is documenting and collecting items from recent and upcoming marches: Black Lives Matter March, March for Science, May Day (May 1st Labor-Related) marches and more.

We are interested in your photographs, video, physical signs and flyers from the following events:

  • May Day Events (May 1, 2017)
  • People's Climate (April 29, 2017)
  • March for Science (April 22, 2017)
  • Black Lives Matter March (April 15, 2017)
  • Tax March Seattle (April 15, 2017)
  • Rally for Trump and Freedom (April 2, 2017, Vancouver, WA)
  • Womxn's March (January 21, 2017)

High resolution files from DSLR cameras are preferred, but we will accept camera phone images. Please review your images and weed out blurry or repetitive images.

      You will be required to sign a donor form for any materials given to the Libraries. This form allows future researchers use your images or materials.
