    Place Physical Materials on Reserve

Complete the Music Library Course Reserves Request Form

    • Start early. Submit request at least one week prior date needed to allow sufficient time for processing and recall of checked-out items. Additions to your list may be made throughout the quarter by contacting Music Library.
    • Personally owned copies. Books, scores, recordings, videos, journals or photocopies (within copyright compliance) can be placed on reserve at the owner's risk.
    • Purchases. If an item is not owned by the Libraries, we may be able to purchase a copy. While reserve orders are expedited (typically at 1.5 times the price), they may take several weeks or months to arrive and be available for use. Contact the Music Library for more information.
    • Reserve fines. Fines apply to all users, including faculty. We will gladly extend reserve loan periods to faculty, if requested at the time you check out your reserve materials.
